Mock Inspection

Description

On-Site Mock Inspection. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned REALTOR®, this class will offer valuable education for everyone. What to expect during an inspection will be covered, and then you will be walked through a mock inspection, allowing you to ask questions that you can't always ask when your client is present. Attendees should meet at the Eugene REALTORS® office for lunch and an introduction before heading to the inspection site.

Course is worth 3 CE credits.
