Description

Learn about U.S. fair housing laws and explore how to work with an increasingly multicultural client base. This course will fulfill NAR's new Fair Housing Training Requirement. It also provides six Continuing Education Credit Hours you can use for your Oregon real estate license renewal.

The training will take place over the course of two mornings:

October 27th, 9am-12noon AND October 28th, 9am-12noon

In order to receive credit, you must attend both days.

Fees: $10 for Eugene REALTORS® members; $33 for non-members or members of other local associations

At Home With Diversity is a Center for REALTOR® Development class being offered in partnership with Oregon REALTORS®. Usually priced at over $100 dollars, Eugene REALTORS® is offering this course in-person at a deep discount. It will be taught by certified instructor Molly Mair.

If completed, this class qualifies you to apply for NAR's At Home With Diversity Certification. There is a one-time certification fee of $79.
