I have 17 years of experience and I work hard to help my client reach their real estate goals.

In 2007, I started working as a real estate agent with a great company that gave me a foundation and found the experience to be both challenging and rewarding.
Before I became a real estate professional, I had considerable hands-on experience working with my husband buying, refurbishing, and selling campus area properties here in Eugene.

After working as an investor for several years, I developed a passion for real estate that led to my present career. I soon discovered that it was possible to build a successful career in spite of the housing market crisis. I work with investors, seasoned buyers and seller, and I happily help first time home buyers too.
The key to my success is simple: listen carefully, care about my clients, communicate in a
timely manner, and use effective negotiation skills. I do it all for the benefit of my clients and to build a good long lasting relationship and high reputation. 

As a specialized service, I have developed a website, https://www.4-everhomes.com which is a resource for seniors, baby boomers, and persons with disabilities who want to enjoy the convenience of living in barrier-free homes. I am very interested in promoting the use of
universal-design concepts that benefit people of all ages and abilities.

I love my community and I give back to my community financial form, some of the organization that I support are:  Lane Community College, Ophelias’ Place, Relief nursery, Saint Vincent the Paul, Hendrick’s Park and other international organizations that are doing work to improve the life of those less privileged.
