My Background

Born and raised in Eugene, I moved away after high school to live in Los Angeles and Seattle. My wife and I returned in 2004 to raise our family. I spent five years working as a professional musician, fifteen years in the marketing and advertising field, and three years as a licensed remodeling contractor before beginning my full time real estate career in 2008.

I am a skillful collaborative negotiator, successful at both buyer and seller representation. My average annual number of transactions is 24. My marketing background and skill in photography and video provides a competitive advantage to my clients in selling their homes, and I take special care to point out and assist in the investigation of potential issues with home condition for buyers by virtue of my remodeling background. Having grown up in Eugene, and spending the past 15 realtor, I have a very good feel for the neighborhoods. I follow and report on market trends and tour new listings both online and in person to keep up to speed on what is available. I am active in the local, state, and national Realtor associations.
