This course goes over basic strategies that REALTORS® can put in place to improve their safety working with clients, conducting showings, and overall situation awareness. The instructor will talk through practical examples, cautionary tales, and a little bit of physiology and the psychology of preparing oneself for a potential self-defense situation.
