As a partner/appraiser with Viewpoint Appraisals, I appraise commercial real estate and perform appraisal reviews for all property types, with a focus on underserved market areas. I have been involved in real estate valuation and risk consulting for nearly 20 years, starting as a trainee and then associate with local firm Duncan and Brown. I hold the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and, most recently, headed the appraisal and environmental risk department for a regional bank with $20 billion in assets and a footprint in six states. I aim to use my experience with due diligence and regulatory compliance to make the appraisal and review processes more accessible and transparent for my clients and community. I am a member of the International Right-of-Way Association and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) network, and am a University of Oregon alumna.
